Hello and welcome to my class’s webpage! My name is Kate Hilbert and I teach 2nd grade at Sylvan Park Paideia Design Center. I have been teaching for four years now, three of which at our school. I have received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education as well as a Master of Science Degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville (GO VOLS!!).
It is my hope and mission to provide, in cooperation with parents and the community, an enriched environment that empowers children to become lifelong learners and responsible citizens. I hope this website will provide students and teachers with relevant and useful information that will supplement our learning experiences at school.
