Attend the First PTO meeting of the Year and Help Sylvan Park Earn a New Computer!
Tuesday, September 16th, 5:15pm - 7pm Sylvan Park Elementary Library. Come get to know other parents at the school and learn more about the PTO and Paideia, all the while helping our school earn a new computers.
During the 2008-2009 school year, Dell Computers is continuing its support of Metro Schools by sponsoring the Dell Computer Contest. The contest, which encourages parental involvement in school, will award computers to the schools in each high school cluster who sign up the most parents for membership in their PTA, PTO or Parent Support Groups during their first meeting.
Let's pack the house at the first PTO meeting/Paideia Seminar event on September 16th @ 5:15pm and win this contest for Sylvan Park! What a wonderful, EASY way to help our children receive the latest and greatest technology. Please mark your calendars and make plans to attend!
Winners will be determined by dividing the number of PTA, PTO or Parent Support Group sign-ups by a school's enrollment.

Inaugural Parent Mixer & Silent Auction
Friday, September 19th, 6:30pm - 9pm Café Coco's Italian Market 411 51st Ave N, Nashville, TN 37209
This exciting new event will bring parents from all grades together for a fun evening of camaraderie. Enjoy a silent auction, heavy hors d’oeuvres and wine tasting, hosted by the Sylvan Park PTO.
