Welcome to Sylvan Park Elementary! Located in the heart of Sylvan Park, we are true neighborhood school and enjoy a fantastic relationship with the residents in the area. This year the school celebrated its 100-year birthday so we are rich in history and tradition. With 402 students, we have small class sizes and offer a variety of learning opportunities and extracurriculars for all our children. The experienced faculty and staff is led by Principal Evalina Cheadle.
Sylvan Park Elementary is a Design Center, one of six such elementary schools in Metro, and implements a Paideia teaching philosophy. We are one of five elementary schools in the Hillsboro High School cluster. Our school mascot is the panther and our colors are blue and gold.
