Hillsboro High Play in September
The Hillsboro High School Players will present Twelth Night Sept. 26-27. Each night will kick off with food trucks and a live band playing Beach Boys tunes. Show starts at 7 pm.

LaCrosse Skills Clinic at West End
The West End Middle School Lacrosse team will be holding twice weekly Fall Skill Building Practices for 4th-8th graders beginning September 15 and continuing through October 23. Practices will be held at West End Middle School Wednesday 4:00-5:30 and Sunday 2:00-4:00.
We welcome players of any experience level that are interested in getting to know the sport, learning lacrosse techniques and game strategies and, most importantly, having fun! Cost is $50 total – All participants must obtain a US Lacrosse membership ($30), the remaining $20 participation fee is payable to West End Lacrosse Club.
If your player does not have equipment, not to worry, we have full sets to lend to players -you just need to supply your own mouthguard.
4th Graders: This is an excellent way to get to know West End students. Lacrosse is a club sport, so you can play JV Lacrosse as a 5th grader at West End. If interested, please email wemslax@gmail.com for any questions and registration links. And spread the word!

Box Tops for Sylvan Park

Box Tops for Education is going digital!
This year, there will be two ways to save money for Sylvan Park School:
1) Cut out and collect Box Tops located on many name brand product packaging such as General Mills cereal, Lysol cleaner, Hefty trash bags, and MANY more. Recycle the box, bring the Box Top in! Have your child put the Box Tops in the Ziplock Box Top Bag in their classroom.
Tip: Please only bring Box Tops with expiration dates past 11/01/19. We cannot get any money for our school with expired tops.
2) Starting summer 2019, Box Tops is going digital and you will be able to scan your receipt using a mobile app. Download Apple app or Google play app. Visit boxtops4education.com to view eligible products and how to get credit from online stores.
PTO in the Park
Bring a picnic dinner, visit with other Panther families, and learn what’s happening at school. Our PTO meetings are open to ALL parents and caregivers! This event is a community gathering for both children and caregivers.
