Our campaign depends on the cooperation and support of our studentsโ parentsโฆ but we hope you will help us to widen the net. Please share the campaign with grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends. The more people participate, the better the campaign will be!

Sylvan Park Picture Day is September 29th with make-up day on December 6th.

Join us Wednesday, October 4th for National Walk to School Day. There will be light snacks, drinks, an official finish line, and more fun as we celebrate at the front of the building before school! Not normally a walker? Thatโs ok, everyone can participate!
|
How to Participate
- Walkers: Please walk from home like usual!
- Bus Riders: Will be dropped off at a nearby church and walk the rest of the way with school staff.
- Car Riders: We encourage you to join a walking group from McCabe Park or Richland Park! Just park at either park, as we will have volunteers at those locations who will lead a walking group to the school. Please arrive at either park at 7:15AM to join one of those walking groups. Or come later to simply walk on your own!
- Parents - please do not drop off your children to walk (even with a group) - please join them in walking to school.
You can participate from any of the above-listed locations, or simply pick a spot nearby and walk the rest of the way! Now letโs get some family exercise, together!

The Sylvan Park PTO's mission depends on the help of people from our school community who give their time and energy to make Sylvan Park special. Volunteering at the school is a great way to be part of our school and meet other Sylvan Park families.

There are lots of ways to help at Sylvan Park. Some jobs are big, some are small, and you can volunteer at school or from home. No matter how busy you are, there's a way for you to join in. When you help out, our community gets stronger, and you'll feel good about it. :)
