The Sylvan Park Social is this Friday from 7-10 pm at Pennington’s Distillery. Come enjoy delicious food and refreshing drinks with the amazing Sylvan Park families and staff. PLUS get great deals at the silent auction on items such as Camp Widgiwagan, .

Advance ticket sales have been extended through Tuesday. This is your last chance to buy tickets at the early bird price: $40/person or $75/couple couple. After Tuesday, tickets can be purchased at the event for $50 per guest.

Science Friday's are off to a great start. Please choose a time to volunteer with your child's class, or with a class that fits in your schedule. Parent volunteers help allow these labs to happen!

Join PTO and the Literacy Team Tuesday, November 19th from 6-7pm, in a celebration of books. This is a free and family friendly event. All are welcome!

First graders read Duck for President by Doreen Cronin and Betsy Lewin as part of a unit on voting as a part of American government. After reading, students went to the library and to vote for whether they would choose Duck or Farmer Brown.

Do you know someone who loves kids? Maybe it's you! Project Neighborhood Aftercare @ Sylvan Park Elementary is looking for energetic, patient, creative, kid-friendly, responsible people to help supervise our students after school.
