For families wishing to enroll in Sylvan Park Elementary from outside of our Zone, the Optional Schools Application opened January 25. The deadline to apply is February 12.
Current Sylvan Park 4th graders from outside our Zone, who wish to continue on to West End Middle, will also need to submit an application by February 12.

Do you need assistance with Standard School Attire (SSA) or Winter Coats for your children? Please contact the front office at 615-298-8423 or email our school counselor at Meredith.Middlebrooks@mnps.org and provide them with your children's sizes so that we can put together the clothing for you.
