Open House is Tuesday, August 22nd. Parents/guardians will report to the auditorium for an introduction from Ms. Goetz and friends. We will host two sessions in each classroom. Both sessions will be the same so families with more than one child or more than one teacher can meet each teacher (if you have more than 2 children at SP or more then 2 teachers- 5th grade- please make arrangements with the teacher to get the information that you need).

- 6p-6:15p Staff Introduction: Auditorium.
- 6:15p - 6:20 Parent Info session (Fun Run fundraiser goal) with PTO and Admin.: auditorium
- 6:25 - 6:40 First parent session in homerooms (parents with multiple students can divide and conquer.)
- 6:40 - 6:45 transition
- 6:45 - 7p Second Parent Session (parents with multiple students can divide and conquer. We encourage you to visit EE and/or related arts/ specialists).
Babysitting is Available
|
Open House is intended for parents, not students. We WILL have childcare for potty-trained children age 3 and older (just bring your child to the gym) during Open House so that you can focus on the information being shared. Please sign up below for child care so that we can plan for enough sitters.

Calling all who are GRAND in our students' lives: grandparents, aunts, uncles, caregivers, friends!

Join us Thursday, August 31st to celebrate your student(s) in front of the school. The event will start at 7:30am and the PTO will provide light refreshments. We hope to see you there!

The Sylvan Park PTO's mission depends on the help of people from our school community who give their time and energy to make Sylvan Park special. Volunteering at the school is a great way to be part of our school and meet other Sylvan Park families.

There are lots of ways to help at Sylvan Park. Some jobs are big, some are small, and you can volunteer at school or from home. No matter how busy you are, there's a way for you to join in. When you help out, our community gets stronger, and you'll feel good about it. :)

As we dream big to support our vital school positions, create hardship funds, drive innovative learning experiences and fund teacher ideas to improve the way in which we teach and serve our students, we need your help.
