Nicky’s Pizza Night, This Sunday!
Our last pizza night with Nicky’s Coal Fired was such a success, we’re doing it again this Sunday, February 28th. Nicky’s has graciously offered to sponsor another $10 pizza night for all Sylvan Park families, teachers, and staff and will donate 20% of food sales purchased through the link back to our school. So make dinner easy for family game night this Sunday by supporting our generous sponsor!

It’s Girl Scout Cookie Time!
Sylvan Park Elementary Girl Scout Troop 672 will have drive-through cookie booths located at 4801 Nebraska Ave. from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm on Saturdays, Feb. 13, and 20; as well as at Coco’s Italian Market from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm on Sundays, Feb. 14, and 21. Please help spread the word by telling family and friends and come stock up on your favorites!

SSA and Winter Coat Assistance
Do you need assistance with Standard School Attire (SSA) or Winter Coats for your children? Please contact the front office at 615-298-8423 or email our school counselor at Meredith.Middlebrooks@mnps.org and provide them with your children’s sizes so that we can put together the clothing for you.
Optional Schools Application Deadline Friday
For families wishing to enroll in Sylvan Park Elementary from outside of our Zone, the Optional Schools Application opened January 25. The deadline to apply is February 12.
Current Sylvan Park 4th graders from outside our Zone, who wish to continue on to West End Middle, will also need to submit an application by February 12.
